Arrive sober, clean, and fresh to each session, creating a clear and respectful environment for deep personal work. Bring an open attitude toward your growth and offer support to others in the group.
🤝 Respect & Boundaries
Honoring personal boundaries is essential. Practicing self-awareness and clear communication around limits fosters a safe environment. Consent and mutual respect are the foundation of this course, ensuring that every participant feels supported.

🤲 Massage & De-armoring Basics
Learn the fundamentals of massage and de-armoring, releasing stored tension and emotional blocks. Great tools you can use for relaxing your partner, connecting deeply, and enriching your tantric skills.
🌍 Grounding & Integration
Practice vagus nerve activation, de-armoring basics, and grounding exercises. Learn to apply course insights into daily life for sustained personal growth.
This final module brings everything together — you leave with a full toolkit for life.

🚋Public Transport Osho Wajid is easily accessible by public transport. Take tram line 17 toward Statenkwartier, which runs via Den Haag Centraal Station and Den Haag Holland Spoor. Get off at the Elandstraat stop. From there, it is about a 3-minute walk along Zoutmanstraat (in the direction the tram continues) toward Prins Hendrikplein.
